About your role
people management
- Fulfill the role of the employer for the Randstad temp and permanent workers
- Accompany the Randstad temp and permanent workers in the daily operation
- Execute the performance review and evaluations with the client
- Develop career opportunities for Randstad temp workers
client management
- Develop a long-lasting relationship with the client (s)
- Cooperate with their line manager in increasing the knowledge of the needs of our clients and adjust our services to it
- Develop and maintain Senior Stakeholder relationships onsite
- Establish and maintain an effective contact chain, extend our network within the client
- Participate in planning meetings
What you will need to succeed
We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.
- Recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Emphasis on quality recruitment delivery
- Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You like working closely with your team as well as independently
- Experience hitting KPI's
- Resilience
